EBERS Medical Technology S.L. (hereafter EBERS) owner of the website ebersmedical.com guarantees to all users providing personal information in order to access our services, their information will be treated with maximum confidentiality and privacy.

Unless otherwise specified, it shall be considered necessary to provide all data that is requested, as without it EBERS will be unable to provide the services requested by the user.

EBERS guarantees to adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal data so as to avoid them being lost, altered, being processed or accessed without permission, taking into account the level of technology, the nature of the data stored, the user being aware that internet security is not infallible.

Consequently and in compliance with Spanish Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June in which the Regulation on Security Measures of automated files was passed, EBERS hereby gives notice that it has drawn up the relevant Company Security Document, in which these security measures, binding to all persons working for EBERS and in a position to access personal data, are set out.
