The Bio-Byblos Vivoalign are polystyrene, which is substrate of nanogroove using nanotechnology. The nanogroove topography can facilitate cell alignment growth in vitro. It can be applied to cardiac and skeletal muscle research, neural differentiation, cell migration, cell motility research, drug testing, etc. Besides, the reference display the nanogroove substrate can promote mesenchymal stem cell different to neural cell without chemical induction (see the Bio-Byblos site for further information).
