Complementing the Master Unit EBERS also offers several culture packages, necessary to develop cell cultures in the EBERS bioreactors. However, it worth remarking that almost any kind of culture chamber may be used within the TEB1000 Master Unit.
The main function of the culture packages is to hold the cells and the scaffolds in the appropriate position so flow acts on the in the desired way, which can be very different depending on the types of cell/tissue which is being cultured. Together with the appropriate accessories, the culture packages determine the configuration of each experimental set-up.
