EBERS has been recently awarded with a Eurostars R&D project focused on the development of a stem cell technology for scalable, sustainable, and animal-friendly lab-grown meat. The project will involve the cooperation of four EU SMEs: Meatable, Elpis, HCS and EBERS. EBERS will be involved in the design and development of a bioreactor for cell maturation.
