Pre-assembled circuits for seeding and culture

The pre-assembled circuits allow the user to carry out the alternating dynamic seeding process and, then, continue with the culture process just by slightly modifying the circuit without the need of manipulating the set-up under the laminar flow cabinet.

Most of the circuit components can be autoclaved and used a limited number of times. The non-autoclavable parts can be easyly replaced and the restored circuit can be used repeatedly.

These circuits have been designed to be compatible with the P3D chambers and the seeding rack and are available in two versions depending on the type of tube used for the pumping.
